Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

If you submit a contact form, the form and it’s metadata are usually retained for a period of approximately one year. The submitted information is only used internally at Coral to follow up with customers.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

If you submit an online job application, the form and it’s metadata are usually retained for a period of approximately one year. The submitted information is only used internally at Coral to follow up with applicants.

Coral takes the security of Personal Information seriously. To protect your Personal Information that you have provided us against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss or alteration, Coral uses technical and organizational security measures to prevent any unauthorized disclosure or access. We require you to enter a password to access your account information.

What data breach procedures we have in place

Coral has implemented strict security controls, intrusion detection software and processes to alert us in the case of a potential or actual intrusion of our information systems. If any data security breach occurs and it may impact your Personal Information, you will be notified as soon as possible once the breach has been determined.
